However, the company took responsibility afterwards and fixed the cleaning. Details: Only one room was approved during the final inspection. The other areas had several complaints, which meant that the cleaning had to be redone. This created unnecessary stress and meant that I could not leave the keys as planned. The first contact when I complained was also perceived as dismissive, as I was not really confirmed in my right as a customer to report deficiencies in a service I had paid for. Once the inspection report was available, the company responded quickly and arranged for a re-cleaning with staff on site, which is positive. We also know of other cases where the same company was approved without any complaints, so we may have been unlucky this time.

Strongly advise against using the moving company Attraktiv Städ, which you can book through Flytt-Anders. The cleaning company felt very unserious. It felt like they were cleaning for the first time ever when they were with us, and sloppy at that. The apartment was consistently really dirty. After that, they had to clean it several times before the apartment passed the inspection.
