Insurance is expensive when the heat pump is older, but when an accident occurs it is nice to have it. I have been a customer for many years. When I contact Arctic, I find them objective and always receive a friendly response, even when I am obviously stressed when I contact them, as I usually contact them when my heat pump is faulty. If I follow the regulations and guidelines that are prescribed, there are never any problems. Great company!

I am super happy with Arctic. The times I have had problems with my heat pump I have received a full refund every time without any hassle. I have had the pump replaced once, also without any problems. Over the years you pay a premium but it is absolutely worth it when something happens.

Never had any problems with Arctic, been a customer for many years. I have a Termia Bergvärmepump that is over 16 years old and some years something breaks. Big and small..,. Soon I will have a new pump in an older case, and I feel safe with Arctic they are just the best company! Regards! Eva Larsson 🤗🙃❤️✌️

Really terrible treatment from them, and even worse handling of the case. I would contact Arctict's authorized company (which is not correct first and foremost as they could be called partners). Anyway, after calling 3 of them and getting the following answer: - we can't prioritize you as you are not our regular customer. - you are on the wrong side of town. - you are on the wrong side of town. Then I called Nibe (as it is a Nibe pump), and they said I should google a company that works with Nibe pumps. All said and done last winter when it was below zero and you barely had heat at home or hot water. Now they refuse to reimburse a penny due to the choice of plumbing company (despite the fact that this company does work for them sometimes). They sent an authorized refrigeration technician. Which is obviously difficult to get hold of, and he troubleshooted and found the fault. Now no one wants to talk to me about this and says that I won't get a penny in compensation. What kind of joke company is this that cheats customers out of money and behaves really badly? Why do you have insurance???

Really bad customer service. No willingness to try to resolve a situation. Refers to the customer's own responsibility. Unable to take out new insurance as it actually stated in the letter they sent out.
