WARNING FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Had agreed on a trial cleaning over the phone a week before the actual cleaning day. Asks for confirmation via email, gets nothing. Follows up three times before the agreed day, calls again and is told that the time we agreed on no longer exists. Fine, I think, a misunderstanding. We agree on a new time, two days later at 1:00 PM. At 9:15 the same day I get a text message that the cleaner is on site. I call back and say that we cannot receive anyone until 1:00 PM, which we agreed on (we haven't cleaned up before and need to sit in meetings with work, one of the household is sleeping, etc.). They say OK, the cleaner must have misunderstood - we will be back at 1:00 PM. At 12:55 I get a text message that the cleaner has slipped and will not be cleaning our place. When I call back and text several times, I get no answer. Still haven't received a response, this was more than 24 hours ago. Never experienced a more dishonest company! Incredibly disappointed as we had planned for cleaning before guests were coming. How can you care so little about a customer?!

Well done move-in cleaning at a very good price. We are happy with the result.

Arrived on time, very friendly and left the apartment clean and tidy. Had booked a major cleaning and can recommend this company
