Hired the company via Qleano. When I went to check the cleaning, there were cobwebs left on the ceiling, the oven hadn't been properly cleaned and the shower cabin hadn't been properly cleaned either (lime stains on the floor and shower nozzles). I called the company and the manager was very nice and accommodating so the same cleaner came two days later. I was treated very badly, he said that "there wasn't that much dirt left in the oven and that it wasn't possible to remove the limescale". When I showed with my fingernail that it was possible to remove the limescale, he changed his mind. Came back later in the day, still not properly cleaned in the shower or oven, but a minimal improvement. I called the manager again, who was also nice this time and assured me that the cleaner who had been to my place was one of their best. Since the person who bought my apartment was moving in shortly after my inspection, I chose to clean the last thing myself. Absolutely not satisfied with their work, the reason it got two stars and not one is because of the nice treatment from the manager.

There are cleaning companies, and then there are those who truly understand what service means. These take their mission seriously, are responsive, reliable and quick to pick up on what you value. They adapt without you having to say anything, and when something unexpected happens, they are there and solve it smoothly. Regardless of whether it is a regular home cleaning or a larger move-in cleaning, it always feels safe, professional and right!

I needed urgent help and they solved it with flying colors. Also reasonably priced and very friendly service.
