DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. You will regret it big time. They have very expensive prices in compare with other similar companies but provide the worst cleaning. You have to clean again after them. Most of the good reviews are whiten by the company owner and his friends and relatives. I thought they charge more because they have better services but they were nightmares in their job. The staff have no idea how to do their job . I had to pay another cleaning company to come and clean again so I ended up paying 2 times for a simple cleaning which they were not able to do. Absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately, I have to complain about the last two cleanings where the result was not satisfactory. The dusting was sloppy and I find garbage on the floor by the sink when I get home after the cleaning is finished. Also, you can think about how well you can clean an entire house in about 50 minutes. If you want to scrub and vacuum after they have cleaned, choose Älvis Städ AB, otherwise choose another company. Cleaned inside the kitchen and microwave well, windows okay, but scrubbing the floor was bad, they forgot to vacuum, didn't clean outside the kitchen, washing machine, etc. either. I have a 1-year-old daughter so there were food stains on the floor but of course there was a chair there so then it's not cleaned like they don't clean tables, etc.

Hired for move-in cleaning, received 3 small complaints that they came and fixed within 1 hour of inspection, also got a call from the office afterwards asking if everything was ok. Very nice service!

If I could I would give 0 stars. Despite all the criticism. Wasn't cleaned at all, doors weren't wiped, windowsills were dirty, the fridge wasn't clean, the floor was absolutely not clean and much more that wasn't clean. Uses the same cloth for everything. Feel sorry for the guy who cleaned, all by himself until 9pm. Do not recommend!!!!
