So nonchalant receptionist on the phone. You don't exactly feel welcome. It's a customer-related job after all, so maybe you should be a little more welcoming.

If you are offered a visit to Dr. Krok Mogensen - cancel!! You will have to look for a more unpleasant and condescending doctor. Laughs and rolls his eyes when you describe your problems. When contacting another doctor, it turns out to be serious problems. I will never go there again
