Booked a moving house cleaning with Hemtrivsel. They were communicative, quick to answer my questions, it was easy to plan the cleaning. The cleaning itself was flawless, they really cleaned everything I wanted in a moving house cleaning! Highly recommend!

We have had them for stair cleaning in our association. It started well but after a few weeks we started to have objections to the quality. They were alert at first but unfortunately failed to maintain the quality. Then they started to ignore us, even though they were here once and saw that there was a lot of cheating so they just let it be. Tried to get an answer from the higher managers but without an answer. Stopped paying invoices and even then they didn't do anything (not even objections to us). After many proddings and with all the initiative from our side we got some kind of settlement and deduction for undone cleanings. But it's as if they are asleep and can't do anything. We had to do everything to get order and settlement. Beware of this company!

I called to book a moving cleaning. I was told that it might not be possible. But I was promised that someone would call me the next day to let me know. No one called. I had to call myself after two days. I was then told that unfortunately we cannot take on the assignment. And we had planned to call you today before we go home. Terrible!

Despite all the criticism, it was sloppily cleaned, with lots of dust left. Not recommended at all! Expensive and incredibly sloppily, in short.

Very nice reception and implementation of home cleaning for seniors.
