Ruined our parquet floor in our sold condominium by pulling out the fridge and freezer on the parquet floor without using protection, resulting in large scratches. Hard to get hold of, promised to fix it but keeps coming up with new excuses.

Took over a house where they did a move-in clean. The first complaint was addressed but when we discovered more they didn't even come back. Much worse cleaning than a regular cleaning.
