Fake site and company. If you are not skilled enough you will never get what you ordered and pay for. Ignore emails, online chat and phone is not possible. Only chance is to issue claim to PayPal that will trigger them to do something or get your money back. Do not use credit cards, only via PayPal.

BEWARE! Totally fake. I paid and never heard from them again. They don’t answer phone calls, emails or messages.

I in all good faith ordered a Robot chef which cost almost 500 € I bought it through Amazon not realising I was actually purchasing the product from a third party . I haven’t received my robot chef and Albero group are claiming I have received the article they are refusing to resend or refund me they are accusing me of « pretending « They sent me the proof of delivery which in fact was blank saying I had refused to sign had this been the case I wouldn’t have been handed the item ? I believe them to be a fraudulent company with no honneur and Amazon should not be working with them . Amazon haven’t been helpful either in this matter . Please don’t use this company

Outrageous! For an order of almost €200, I didn't receive all of my items, and all the remaining items are defective (out of €170 worth of glasses, not a single one is perfect; there are air bubbles and streaks on every single one—it's like they sent me their rejects...). Their customer service is nonexistent. They only replied twice, asking for the same thing, even though I sent all the photos and supporting documents twice in a row! No response since (a complete joke). Avoid them at all costs. I've opened a dispute with PayPal because I'm not giving my money to these crooks.

We ordered some beautiful wine glasses from them. We searched online for positive reviews beforehand and found quite a few. A few days after ordering, we received a shipping confirmation, but the package never arrived. That was almost two weeks ago. There has been no response to our emails. We don't know where the positive reviews are coming from. Even looking at the building on Google Maps, it doesn't look like a reputable business. Thankfully, we paid via PayPal and are hoping for a refund. This is addressed to Albero Group S.r.l. If my review is incorrect, we would be very happy to receive the delivery and would gladly give them more stars. Update: They have now contacted us, and the glasses arrived after almost three weeks. However, I'm leaving it at one star because we were left in limbo for so long and ordered different models from another retailer.
