Disappointment Had to call them because there were no appointments for today and I needed to see a doctor urgently for my 19 months old daughter. I got a call back from vårdcentralen and the lady on the phone was more concerned about my Swedish than to listen me. She kept asking me to speak Swedish despite I told her that I can speak little and can’t explain myself well. She told me to get some help whereas I explained that I don’t have anyone to help me with it. At the end, I had to hang up without getting any help. Very strange experience for me.

4 times in a raw i called them the machine says we will call you 08:20but the called 08:40 and instead of booking time cause im sick 8days now they send me to emergency .In other way go there herself wait there we dont ha tid att boka.Hallonbergen is an Awful center to call but unfortunatly we are listed there.Good luck to others

Appointment was on time, follow up was smooth and fast. Lab results came within a day. Medical staff was very informative.

Unfortunately there was no less than one star. Very bad health center. Bad treatment of their patients, especially nurse B. k. kufa. Very rude and she has a very high tone and aggressive behavior, she hangs up on people. No respect for scheduled times, they always prioritize their private phone. They speak a language other than Swedish. If you have an appointment, for example at 8:00, they simply pick you up at 8:30 or 8:45 without any apology or explanation. I have found myself in a completely different VC 30km away because I do not get care there. The doctor does not write any tests and tests because it costs them money. (According to the staff). Avoid this place and take Järva near the emergency room, fast and good service.
