Had a great experience hiring them. It was short in advance but they managed to find someone to come over on a weekend. The persons who came did a great job and the services were well priced. Very happy with them.

Very unscrupulous company. Was on a home visit and gave a good impression and scheduled a trial cleaning. The girls who came didn't know what to do at all (despite a lot of details agreed upon at the meeting) and it was a really sloppy cleaning. Complained but never got a response, they were clearly not interested in new customers so why waste my time with a trial cleaning?

We hired this company for a large cleaning and we were not satisfied with the cleaning. We contacted the person in charge via text message and expressed our opinions, she replied a couple of days later, and she replied that it was better to email all the details that we were not satisfied with but received no response at all. We tried to give them a second chance with cleaning every other week, after a couple of times they just didn't come to the cleaning. When we called and emailed to ask what happened, no one answered. After 7 hours they replied that they had missed us today and could come another day. We felt that they ignored our opinions and did not respond to our criticism and did not respect our wishes and time.

Have had their services for quite a while, up and down with the quality. No follow-up. Different times each time, fixed times in the contract. You get tired.

Det här är den sämsta städfirman jag varit med om. Jag betalade 2770 kr för flyttstädning av min lgh på 53 kvm och fick själv stå och slutföra den sista städningen själv ( ca 4 h) städjobb och fick ingen ersättning eller någon som helst reaktion när jag klagade på det dom gjort . Dom hade i stort sett bara dammsugat och våttorkat golven
