Bought an Ontech system from Svensk Stugservice and had problems with interference. Svensk Stugservice was fantastic even though the warranty had expired. Investigated the problem and found the source of the interference and fixed the error. Really recommend the company Christer Vestlund

Bought a Cinderella Classic from Percy October 2025. He was very accommodating and nice. He helped me with tips and tricks for my installation and showed me how to install all the accessories. I can really highly recommend Svensk stugservice!

Thanks for all the help!, I can't remember when I was met with such service and such interest in helping me solve my problem. We needed urgent help and the value of the alarm part we needed was around 2000 SEK (so not a fortune) yet they did everything they could to help! Thanks!!! Fantastic service. I have had an Incinolet incinerator toilet for 10 years. Yesterday Friday evening I cleaned the fan motor but made a mistake because it stopped working. On Saturday morning Svensk Stugservice calls and gets an answer!!! Describes my problem. We will fix it, says the person who answers. "I am on my way to my summer home. I will bring a new fan and swing by your summer home." At 6:00 pm Saturday evening I have a new fan motor installed and the toilet is working. That is what I call world class service

Bought a Hot Tub / TopSpa XS / SP-SPA from Svensk Stugservice about 2 years ago. There have been many problems with the tub, the lights have stopped working, the heat keeps turning off, the screws in the pool are rusting, the bottom plug can no longer be opened as it has rusted. We can never trust it to work. Svensk Stugservice does not take responsibility for problems but blames us for making mistakes, we wanted to complain about the tub but they just blame us all the time, we were not allowed to complain. WARNING do not buy the tub, choose another tub and supplier. Extremely dissatisfied customer.
